PR & Social Media Executive
Pepper & Seed is a boutique PR and Communications agency specialising in luxury travel and hospitality. We deliver elevated, creative communications strategies for our clients with expert knowledge and an extensive network of industry connections, media, and tastemakers.
We are seeking a talented and experienced PR and Social Media Executive to join our energetic and driven team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury travel and a proven track record of working with high-end travel and luxury brands. The PR & Social Media Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with media and influencer contacts, pitching stories, managing, and creating social content. They will also coordinate press trips and events, working with key partners to prepare detailed itineraries.
The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships. The candidate must also be highly organised, proactive, creative, and passionate about delivering excellent results.

Roles and Responsibilities:
PR
- Responding to media requests with accurate and timely information.
- Drafting press material including press releases, fact sheets and background documents
- Distributing and pitching press releases and news to target media and influencers
- Maintain the media database and influencer lists
- Preparing monthly client reports including press coverage and social media results and evaluation
- Supporting with the organisation of client events including handling invitations, guest lists and event planning and logistics
- Supporting the Directors on PR campaigns and administration
SOCIAL
- Managing the social media accounts for Pepper & Seed – preparing and publishing content
- Managing the social media accounts for clients – creating a content calendar and preparing copy and content
The ideal candidate will:
- possess excellent communication skills
- demonstrate a good awareness of the media (print, digital and broadcast)
- passion for travel and some experience of luxury hotels
- passion for social media and creating compelling stories across social channels.
- A creative flair and ability to come up with new ideas with a strong awareness of social media trends
- be creative thinker who is willing to contribute ideas
- work as a team player but also a self-starter – working as part of a small team in a start-up agency they will need to get involved in a broad range of activities
- be highly organised and pay attention to detail.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ year in a similar role
- educated to degree level
- Polished and confident communications skills
- A genuine love and passion for travel, hospitality, communications, and social media.
- An exceptional knowledge and interest in social, print and digital media.
Job Type: Full-time, remote working with regular meetings in London.
