These positions will be on a hybrid working basis, meaning you will work between a mix of office and home. They are full time, permanent (37.5 hours per week) and the salary will be £21,300 annually.

What is the performance academy and what training will I receive?
Here your skills and knowledge will be nurtured for 2 months from the most experienced minds in the industry equipping you with the fundamentals to succeed in your role. In month 3 you’ll leave the programme to join either the Paid Search or Paid Social team and begin to work on digital marketing campaigns for our globally renowned clients.
We will also provide you with the opportunity to sign up for our Digital Business Accelerator learner programme to give you the chance to gain a qualification in Data Technician Level 3 alongside your employment at dentsu.
Role Purpose
The Performance Media Assistant role is a great opportunity for an individual with a passion for being at the cutting edge of Digital Marketing and a desire to work at a world leading media agency.
To begin with, the role is focused on having a responsibility for helping to ensure our client accounts meet high standards through daily performance checks, reporting and optimisation alongside supporting the delivery of continual improvement in client results, targets and customer satisfaction, working either in the Paid Search (PPC) or Paid Social (PSM) team.
Key Accountabilities:

Innovative Campaign Assistance: Assist in the implementation of high quality, innovative campaigns for Paid Search (Google Ads) or Paid Social (Meta, TikTok).

Daily Quality Checks: Accurately complete quality checks to ensure we deliver world class campaigns for clients in line with strategy.

Client Growth: Provide support across optimisation on client activity and support the team in client growth.

Performance Analysis: Responsible for the generation of reports and insightful analysis on effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualified Assistant: Completion of all relevant training and accreditation e.g., Google, Facebook.

Industry Trends: Keeping up with what’s happening in the world of digital marketing; trend-spotting for clients as well as staying up to date on platform updates that may be relevant.

Excellent Communication: Relationship building & communication with clients, internal teams, and industry partners.
What are we looking for in you?

Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written are key for this role.

The ability to follow processes, multitask and prioritise work accordingly is important.

High level of numeracy and literacy is essential due to the nature of the role being analytical and client-facing.

Able to work under pressure with attention to detail as we thrive from being a centre of excellence and provide error-free work for our clients.

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a team, building relationships with your stakeholders is key to being successful at dentsu.

Problem solving & analytical skills will help you thrive in your role due to the nature of the work that we do.

Experience in excel would be preferable but not mandatory.
