Job description

An exciting new opportunity for a skilled PR and marketing executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Role responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute marketing outreach campaigns and marketing strategies to attract and retain consumers & source brand collaborations.
• Recommend and oversee media outreach and awards applications.
• Build strong relationships with key influencers - both new and existing.
• Securing influencers for our brand calendar to amplify upcoming campaigns, product launches, and events etc.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative assets for campaigns, including visual content and copy.
• Source new retail opportunities for the brand.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry, including competitor activity and market insights.
• Liaise with creative and operations team on best way to implement strategies.
• The right candidate will be a crucial part of the team, being able to assist with multiple tasks and happy to get involved with driving growth of the brand wherever is needed.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing and PR within the beauty industry.
• Must have good attention to detail and take initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
• Preferred to have previous experience working within a beauty brand within PR/marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
