A great opportunity to join a dynamic and highly desirable international beauty company in a newly created role of PR Intern. The role will provide key support function for all PR & Communication activities, assisting the PR team to help achieve press coverage across all brands.

What Will You Do?
- Managing press requests and product mail outs
- Monitor, log and file press coverage on a daily basis and producing regular reports
- Prepare a weekly PR report including editorial results
- Managing the stock cupboards, press tools and image libraries
- Liaise with couriers and manage press mailings, gifting etc.
- Assist the PR team to organise and execute special events, press launches and press trips
- Building and developing a comprehensive understanding of the UK media landscape
- Follow up on all charity requests, PR competitions and giveaways
- For each campaign compile a press coverage report and a cost/spend report
- Compile competitor activity report each month detailing new launches, promotions etc.
The Perfect Candidate:
- Graduate with desire to gain experience in Beauty PR/Marketing
- A passion for the beauty industry (particularly natural beauty) and an understanding of the UK media landscape
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly creative with good copywriting skills
- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Enthusiastic team player who is also able to demonstrate initiative and work autonomously
- Results-driven, proactive and highly motivated
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word, ideally with some knowledge of Photoshop
