Are you a PPC/Paid Media Specialist who thrives on running ads across multiple platforms that help businesses get more leads and sales?

We are a small team of Digital Marketing specialists with big ambitions and we are looking for a UK-based PPC Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join us.
About this role
You will have the opportunity to manage and work on a number of different ad accounts with lead generation and eCommerce sales goals. You will also be contributing to the overall strategy. Our clients are across a wide range of sectors and vary in size.
You will be running campaigns on a variety of platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Social Media Ads and programmatic platforms.
As part of this role, you will be running regular reports in Data/Looker Studio and using Google Analytics for insight for reporting and strategy creation.
Your responsibilities
- Set up of PPC accounts.
- Keyword research.
- Ad copy writing.
- Optimisation of PPC accounts.
- Contribute to strategy meetings
- Analyse campaign results and input on strategy to help improve results.
- Undertake regular report writing using data studio and platform metrics.
- Communicate with clients and join clients meetings where needed.
- Keep up to date with developments within the world of PPC and offer insights to the team.
- Maintain good records of account work undertaken using our project management system.
- Support the wider team and input where needed.
You will be required to visit our Swansea office once a month (travel will be paid for).
Your skills
We are looking for someone who enjoys all things PPC and is enthusiastic to make results happen for clients. Your skills and abilities should include:
- Google Ads experience (2 years minimum).
- Facebook (Meta) Ads experience (2 years minimum).
- Ability to interrogate accounts and show initiative to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and written English skills.
- Ability to use GA4.
- Ability to use Google Tag Manager (desired, not required)
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to be agile across multiple platforms.
- Experience working in a marketing agency (not essential)
