Pullet Rearing Stockperson Vacancy - Part Time
K Fresh - A Pullet Rearing, Egg Producing & Packing company are looking for someone to join their pullet rearing team
Part Time position - 12-24 hours per week (1-2 days per week + alternate weekends)
This role involves helping to take care of chicks from 1 day old until 16 weeks of age at our pullet rearing farm
Duties & responsibilities
* Day to day welfare & wellbeing of our birds
* Site supervision (daily record keeping, feed management)
* Site hygiene & maintenance
The role involves working in a team of 4 looking after birds at our poultry units at North Frodingham. The successful candidate must be able to work independently at times but also as part of a bigger team during busy periods. Good communication skills & organisation is also important. Previous experience preferable but not essential - someone with a desire to work with poultry is more crucial
