Here at BPO Paragon, we are recruiting for a Postal Administrator to work within the administration and dispatch team.
This role will be responsible to undertake postal administration and liaise with internal departments and postal companies to provide postal support for completed mailings.
Key duties:
· Forecasting collections and consumables for daily/weekly and monthly mailings.
· Controlling Consumables usage.
· Preparation of all required documentation, including per notification and mail mark submission, for all completed mail in timely manner.
· Ensuring all mail completed within Personalisation department is despatched on time as per job bags description.
· Assist Production and Client Service Team with providing details for despatched mail. (Providing postal reports like MHR daily report).
· Supporting Planning Coordinator with job bag closure as and when required.
· Checking/inputting time sheets into Optimus/Access database.
· Daily file tracking.
We are looking for individuals with experience of working within a fast-paced, risk controlled environment. The successful applicant will require experience using Microsoft packages, have excellent communication skills. Working towards targets within required deadlines
The working hours for the role are from 8am - 6pm. This is a 3 week Rota of early, day and late shifts

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
