Due to recent and continued growth we are looking to recruit a number of scanning assistants.

Requirements
The role will be to assist our Post Completions Manager in all matters related to Land Registry applications, therefore experience of working in this field is preferable.
The daily duties will include (but not limited to):
- Making applications to the Land Registry for residential and commercial properties;
- Dealing with First Registrations, plot purchases, new leases at the Land Registry;
- Providing guidance to our lawyers on registration matters;
- Answering Land Registry requisitions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate an excellent work ethic and preferably have 2 years experience of working within a similar role and making Land Registry applications.
