We have a fantastic opportunity for an impactful OME Operations Manager to join our business domain, based at our Glasgow site.

Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Director, on a day-to-day basis, you will be:
- Improving OME Operations delivery for our customers by challenging current ways of working
- Actively seeking out opportunities to drive operational delivery excellence, specifically in the interfaces across Engineering, Industry, Procurement, Product Support, Quality, & Bid/Project management.
- Seeking out and driving operational improvements to increase our competitiveness
- Managing the OMEUK Capex plan to budget
- Improving consistency of Operations reporting to TUK/OMEBL/LAS GBU
- Managing the Site Improvement plans to enhance our colleagues experience
- Maximising the benefits of our UniFi deployment, leverage Digital Operations applications
About you
Ideally you will be:
- Able to demonstrate that you can work independently as well as part of a wider team
- Able to demonstrate strong business awareness with understanding of key customer requirements
- Self-sufficient with ability to work independently with wide scope
- Able to show a proven ability to influence cross-functionally and at various levels in the organisation
- Able to thrive in an environment where route to achieve end goal is unclear
- Proven track-record in successfully delivering business/process change
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
