The post holder will work in close liaison with the Bristol Innovations and Research Impact teams in DREI and will be part of the University of Bristol’s Strategic Communications and Marketing and Communications team.

What will you be doing?

Under the direction of the Deputy Director of Marketing, the role provides professional marketing advice and strategy, and is responsible for leading the development and implementation of Bristol Innovations’ marketing plans, ensuring that they operate within the University of Bristol’s integrated marketing and communications strategies.

The role holder will use portfolio expertise, campaign, and performance data, plus sector and stakeholder insight to contribute to the University of Bristol’s Strategic Communications and Marketing Division’s strategic planning and direction in terms of communication and marketing techniques, targeting, products, services and market opportunities to enhance reputation and the profile of our world-leading research impact and innovation.

The role holder will support the Deputy Director of Marketing in shaping university marketing strategy and interpret that into a clear vision for marketing within DREI’s innovation context (including outstanding customer service).
