Working a flexible rota is beneficial to the people we support and staff because it allows a level of freedom to meet a work life balance whilst still providing person centred care rotas. Our shift patterns offer staff an opportunity to work varied hours or shifts per week. The benefits for the people we support are that they receive support from engaged and motivated staff.
Because of the nature of its work with children and vulnerable adults the Hesley Group uses the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) to make checks at an enhanced level on all persons whose work or proposed work for any Group Company will involve regular contact with or working in close proximity to children and vulnerable adults in the Group’s care. This post is subject to the enhanced level DBS check.
