Job Title
Portfolio Manager / Enterprise Delivery LeaderWhat does a successful Strategic Delivery Partner do at Fiserv?
Work directly with a pre-identified Financial Institution client and Fiserv leaders to understand and support the long-term strategy for the Financial Institution. Ensure quality development, integration, and delivery of products and services to the institution.
What you will do:
- Lead the Enterprise Portfolio to drive the planning activities for new programs.
- Establish mechanisms to set expectations and ensure ongoing control of the program Governance, including, Communication Plan; and Project/Program Management processes.
- Partner with the Solution Strategist, Consultants, and Architects to identify and plan for dependencies across all program tracks to ensure quality in solution development and test planning.
- Align the sales proposal, client expectations, Contract, Finance, and scope to ensure projects are effectively understood by all parties.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years of project management experience with at least 5 years of program management experience delivering large complex programs (portfolio of projects) with multiple project tracks.
- 8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience with experience leading large-scale delivery programs including development and integration.
What would be great to have:
- Knowledge of MS Visio, Project Management tools and other MS office tools
- Master’s degree
