As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our establishment.
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a Finance Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the payment to our food vendors, reconciling digital and face-to-face payments, processing invoices, and supporting the general manager in various operational tasks. Additionally, you will assist with payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely compensation for our staff.
Responsibilities:
Manage payment processes for food vendors, including reconciling digital and face-to-face payments.
Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and recorded.
Assist the general manager in operational tasks, such as opening procedures, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Support payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
Respond to queries and resolve any issues related to financial transactions or vendor payments.
Utilise accounting software, to maintain accurate financial records and generate reports.
Maintain a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, to assist with financial data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience working within a Finance or Commercial team is highly desirable.
A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a finance role is required.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
Familiarity with accounting software is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with a good working knowledge of spreadsheets and data analysis.
