Job description

The Portering Department at Ashford and St Peters Hospitals provides a service 24 hours over 7 days. We currently have vacancies within the department for enthusiastic, flexible, fit and energetic people to work in Portering.

Must be able to work evenings and weekends, and unsocial hours on a rotating shift basis.

You will work as part of a team delivering general Portering services; responsibilities include patient and equipment transfer, linen and waste collection, post and security support whilst demonstrating the highest standards of customer care, to a busy acute hospital.
