As Porsche Product Expert, you will be a brand ambassador for the Centre by keeping up to date on all new technologies and products as they are released which will support a personal, high-quality and exclusive customer care and service. Working alongside the sales team you will spend your time with customers, conducting a detailed and enthusiastic product explanation where required.
What does the role of Porsche Product Expert?
- You'll be a Product Expert and support Sales Associates with more niche or specific customer questions and requirements
- You’ll Collaborate and work closely with with the Digital Expert/Marketing to provide content for different Social Media streams
- You’ll be a true expert and fully knowledgeable around all Porsche products and technologies
- You'll be the first point of contact for customers to help resolve instances of technical or troubleshooting issues
- You’ll be comfortable in providing in-depth insights for Porsche Centre employees about products and technological updates
What do you need to succeed as a Porsche Product Expert?
- You’ll have previous customer facing experience preferably in the automotive/retail industry
- You’ll have the drive and passion to succeed in a fast-paced role and industry
- You’ll have a true passion for customer care, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
- You’ll be able to absorb information quickly and effectively communicate this with your peers and customers
- You’ll be confident communicator who can engage and build relationships with customers quickly
- You’ll have great organisational and time keeping skills to manage your diary with your customers effectively
