Job Description
We’re looking for a Polish speaking, Project Implementation Specialist to help deliver our new software roll-out which will help make process more efficient for visiting carriers to our plants & facilities. You’ll lead the roll out for Europe, being responsible for the implementation of the system and the necessary support in the 11 services centres across the UK and Poland. You’ll also be a key support to our carrier & wider stakeholders with the systems implementation and adoption.
You’ll drive usage of the Carrier mobile app and integrated logistics platform ensuring the adoption of this tool across EU and create training materials to support. This role will provide ongoing support, with training and document control for the processes.
Key responsibilities

To gather the feedback, requirements, and issues from the implementations and identify gaps in the system, raising change requests when needed and review solution proposals

Apply the change management & communication plan for the program implementation
-
To communicate with the IT team and facilitate resolutions to any supply chain issues
-
Develop, create, and deploy training materials and SOP’s to ensure the transition
-
Evaluate support requests and direct to the appropriate system or person for resolution
-
To manage the multi-channel communications for carriers, service centres and other teams to raise problems
-
Monitor systems usage for major fluctuations developing the necessary reports and proactively communicate to carriers or service centres to accomplish target of system usage and project deadlines

To track the issues raised and escalate when necessary

Stakeholder management, CTQ analysis to ensure customer satisfaction
What you’ll need;
-
It is critical that you speak both English and Polish.

Ideally you’ll have experience in delivering supply chain related projects
-
You’ll have engagement skills to be able to engage and train stakeholders
-
Ideally you’ll have with skills in implementing digital systems in an operational environment.

Analytical skills – you’ll need to know the data and justify decisions using statistical analysis.

You’ll need strong stakeholder management and change management skills to explain the benefits of a new system.
