The purpose of this role is deliver analysis and insight that supports the wider Policy & Pricing strategy that will be delivered by the Policy, Pricing and Regulation team. This role will inform and influence our approach on policy updates and setting pricing guardrails and recommendations for the Trading teams.
What you’ll be doing
  • Ensuring the provision of analysis and insights to facilitate the internal audit of existing Policies
  • Conducting commercial analysis to evaluate the effects of policy application
  • Formulating recommendations for enhancing and optimising processes
  • Engaging in collaborative efforts with Legal and Regulatory teams to develop customer-centric solutions
  • Assisting Policy & Pricing Managers by conducting pricing analysis for significant projects, competitor pricing assessments, and ongoing trading performance evaluations
  • Contributing support to the broader PPR team in implementing the annual CPI+ 3.9% Price Rise initiative when applicable
  • Demonstrating essential collaboration skills for effective teamwork with other departments or teams

Our working model

BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you’ll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.
