Being a Police Control Room Operator is more than just answering calls, it’s about obtaining and providing accurate information to ensure the right decisions are made to help and keep people safe.
We are looking for dynamic, customer focused people, with excellent communication skills, who will answer and respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls.
Police Control Room Operators cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We have recently launched a brand-new range of Full Time and Part Time rotas to choose from, please review the rotas on our website to help you choose the right one for you.
