Established in 2013 and based in Swindon, William Hale Fire & Security Ltd is a rapidly growing local Fire & Security Company. We carry out Installation, Commissioning and Servicing of Electronic Fire and Security Systems including Intruder Alarm Systems, CCTV Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems etc. for Residential and Commercial Clients.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join William Hale Fire & Security Ltd as an Office Administrator. You will be the first point of contact answering the telephone, emails and responding to general enquiries.

Your role will also include:

* Answering incoming calls/emails and diverting to the relevant person/team accordingly.

* Shared responsibility of answering the door and taking in deliveries.

* Sending Service Contract and Maintenance Renewal Letters/Emails to Clients on a weekly/monthly basis.

* Raising and Scheduling Preventative and Reactive Service Visits with Clients, and scheduling the the relevant Engineer/Team via the CRM Diary.

* Processing Engineer Jobs/Reports and sending to Clients.

* Raising Invoices on the CRM for the Finance Team.

* To liaise and assist the sales team regarding Quotations for follow up works and remedial works.

* Administer information onto the Company CRM (Big Change)

* Communicating and processing information between the Office, Engineers and Clients.

* Proactively manage workload and show initiative with improving existing systems and processes.

* Delivering the highest standard and friendly customer service to Clients.

Skills Required:

* Strong and confident administration skills.

* Excellent organization and time management skills.

* Excellent ability to communicate clearly (both written and verbally).

* Highly motivated and desire improve themselves and the company.

* Works well as part of a team as well as working individually.

* Good numeracy and accurate data entry skills and proficient attention for detail.

* Can demonstrate a Client focused outlook in a friendly and courteous manner.

* IT literate and confident use of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Skills Desirable but not essential:

* Experience of working within the Fire & Security Systems Industry.

* Experience and knowledge of the Company CRM "Big Change".

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
