Job Title: Podcast Producer

As a Podcast Producer at Debut Encore, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients in various industries, from startups to established businesses. You will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality audio and video podcasts that showcase the client's expertise, thought leadership, and brand values.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their podcast goals, target audience, and content preferences. You will then plan and organise the podcast production schedules, ensuring that all episodes are delivered on time and meet the client's expectations.
Using your expertise in using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, you will record, edit, and mix audio and video podcasts to ensure that they are of the highest quality. You will also manage the technical aspects of podcast production, such as setting up and operating audio and video equipment, and coordinating with the podcast hosts and guests to schedule recording sessions.
In addition to the production process, you will also be responsible for managing the post-production process, including editing, mastering, and publishing the final podcast episodes to various distribution channels, such as Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience in audio and video podcast production and a passion for creating high-quality content. You must also have expertise in using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, knowledge of audio and video recording equipment and techniques, and strong project management and organisational skills.
You should also have excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with clients, podcast hosts, and other team members. You must be able to communicate effectively and clearly to ensure that the final product meets the client's requirements and expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organise podcast production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content for our clients.
- Record, edit and mix audio and video podcasts using the Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Manage the technical aspects of podcast production, including setting up and operating audio and video equipment.
- Conduct pre-production and post-production meetings with clients to ensure the production process meets their requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate with podcast hosts and guests to schedule recording sessions and ensure their comfort and ease during recording.
- Collaborate with other members of the Debut Encore team, including sound engineers and graphic designers, to ensure the overall quality of the final product.
- Manage the post-production process, including editing, mastering, and publishing the final podcast episodes to various distribution channels.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in audio and video podcast production.
- Expertise in using the Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Knowledge of audio and video recording equipment and techniques.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, podcast hosts, and other team members.
- A passion for creating high-quality audio and video content.
