Position Overview

As the PMO Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the Project Management Office to enhance our project execution capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to drive project excellence, standardization, and efficiency. Your leadership will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

· drive consistent project management across the organisation.

· Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.

· Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to project managers and teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project portfolios, prioritise initiatives, and allocate resources effectively.

· Monitor and report on project performance, tracking key metrics, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

· Drive the adoption of project management tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and transparency.

Qualifications

· Experience in a PMO leadership role, managing projects of varying complexity.

· Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
