- Establish, and where necessary define; shape, scope and requirements of project.
- Manage project CPA and key deliverables. Provide regular project updates.
- Day to day management of the projects workstreams, ensuring delivery of project activities.
- Project meetings: Prepare and lead project meeting, steering committees, kick off, escalation process, hand off and closure.
- Manage Risks, Issues, Dependencies and scope changes effectively on a regular basis – escalating where necessary.
- Issue appropriate communications e.g. status report as necessary to relevant people.
- Identify and communicate clearly agreed deliverables, timelines and responsibilities within project, in an international context according to governance process.
- Programme management delivery experience – tech project background preferred
- Clear understanding and skills in working to a project delivery methodology
- Time to Market (TTM)
- Experience of multi country implementation/ varied operating cultures desired
- Proven record of senior stakeholder management
- Strong MS Project, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint skills (or equivalent)
