£550 per day PAYE Max
Description
It is an exciting time to join the PMO team here at AXA, as we press on with exciting projects across the business to shape the way we work to support our customers further. We have a rare opportunity for a Senior PMO to join us on a 6 month contract basis where you'll work on mid-large scale projects supporting our Transversal Project Delivery teams.
In this role, the Senior PMO will support the delivery of the AXA UK Cloud programme by working as part of the Transversal PMO team. The Cloud Programme is in the final year of delivery, so this role is critical to keep the programme / project teams in order. They'll be responsible for ensuring the right standards, processes, tooling and reporting are in place to drive a successful delivery.

What you'll be doing:
- Support the Senior Programme Manager in ensuring the Cloud Programme is delivered in line with agreed AXA UK&I project governance frameworks
- Lead on production of materials for the Cloud Change Governance Boards. This includes managing and assuring high quality input of data as well as ensuring the outputs are accurately captured and pro-actively managed
- Responsible for the management, tracking, visibility, and provision of a reporting capability to ensure meaningful programme reporting and data quality assurance
- Have responsibility for 'owning' the numbers and be comfortable with managing PMs monthly financial workbooks which articulates actuals and forecasts
- Allocation of "shared resources" based on the requests within the Financial Workbooks
- Maintaining a managed register of programme risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and be able to keep the Workstream Leads / Project Managers in check and reporting these appropriately. This includes taking actions and tracking them through to completion and/or driving mitigation through to resolution. Performing regular health checks on this data in also required. Must be able to robustly track dependencies internal and external to the Programme and manage with the other portfolios / PMOs
- Perform "audits" on artefacts created/ approvals / tracking etc.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable PMO Finance experience gained alongside multiple Regulatory / Pensions / Finance Transformation Change Programmes
- Delivery focused with strong drive and ability to work independently
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project, reporting and developing MI
- Strong analytical and data presentation skills
- Inquisitive and challenging to ensure robustness of output
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Be able to work diligently within complex processes and structures
