The Workplace Services team, part of the wider Central Business Services function, are responsible for managing the workplace environment for over 20,000 Deloitte people in the UK. By creating the right spaces and infrastructure they ensure Deloitte colleagues can work how, where and when it suits them in a sustainable, safe, and secure way. PMO Analyst role within the Programme team is vital to the future success of the Workplace Services team.

Through analysing data, the PMO Analyst will provide detailed insights to senior leadership to allow educated and informed decisions. The role brings an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to help tailor the future of Workplace Services through creation and implementation of detailed governance processes and structure.   • Reporting into the Head of Workplace Programme, the key responsibility of the PMO Analyst is to own and manage the project/programme intake process, ensuring project/programme activity is prioritised based on defined thresholds. Working closely with the Delivery Management Office, ensure resources are in place to deliver high priority activities.
  • Provide detailed insights and ensure stakeholders and senior management have full visibility of the portfolio of project/programme activity across CBS, Real Estate and Workplace Services.
  • The role will also be responsible for resource forecasting, analysing resource requirements based on Pipeline and in-flight activity and complexity of requirements.

Essentials

  • Solid PMO experience, applying and embedding PMO processes and governance across functional and project delivery teams
  • Advanced PMO tools and applications experience (Excel, Power BI, Teams, Sharepoint)
  • Effective senior stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to make complex data understandable and useful for senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
