Are you currently a PMO Analyst and seeking a stimulating opportunity?
We are currently seeking PMO Analysts, to support the delivery of change across UK Life (UKL) by providing reporting and analytics services to our project teams and business units.
A bit about the job:
As one of a team of PMO Analysts, you will support the Head of Transformation and work in specific business areas. You will collate and analyse programme and project data (such as delivery and resource plans, CARDI logs, and budgets etc) to identify opportunities, efficiencies, and challenges. You will ensure that projects are delivered correctly and produce insightful, concise, and well-presented reporting for stakeholders. These will include production of regular governance reports to Steering Groups and Executive Committees.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience in supporting the delivery and tracking of change across businesses
Ability to produce insightful, concise, and well-presented reporting for senior stakeholders
Ability to interpret and consolidate project / portfolio data providing the reader with insight.
Ensure effective monitoring of project data and information, including changes, to ensure high levels of data accuracy and integrity
Support the development and enhancement of reporting functionality and business processes for the Portfolio
Ability to build effective working relationships across diverse team and constructively challenge project information

Salary between £50,000 - £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
