An opportunity has arisen for a finance and administration assistant to become part of our friendly multi-disciplinary team at Aberdeen Centre for Reproductive Medicine (ACRM).
ACRM provides a range for fertility services for NHS funded and self-funded patients in North East Scotland and the Highlands and Islands and has a very strong clinical and research heritage.
The principle focus of the role will be to provide high quality administrative support to the team which will include supporting the unit’s financial processes as described in the job description. A secondary focus for the post will be to provide more general administrative support to the unit which is made up of over 50 clinical, scientific and administrative staff.
To be the successful candidate, you will have had previous office experience in a financial context, maintaining complex and highly detailed finance records and have a solid working knowledge of MS Excel in this context. You will also bring to the team high levels of enthusiasm, self-motivation, reliability and an excellent telephone manner.
