Job description
London Flows Ltd are currently recruiting for 5 reactive plumbers in Hammersmith and Fulham and surrounding areas on a self-employed basis.
This will be working on social housing contracts so experience in domestic plumbing is essential for this role.
Main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
You will provide a high quality and efficient maintenance service within the regional domestic and social housing market
For example, installation/repair and replacement of taps/ toilets/bathtubs/sinks etc.
To ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents/records are maintained accurately on PDA device
Requirements:
· Minimum Qualification - NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent
· You have a full Manual UK driving license.
· Experience in reactive repairs in domestic properties
· You will need to supply your own basic hand tools.

The day rate on offer will be between £160 - £180 per day based on an 8 hours per day.
These rates are negotiable dependant on experience.
