Job description

Klassic Care, a leading property management company, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our team. As a plumber, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of plumbing systems in our clients' properties.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial properties.

Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to address leaks, clogs, pipe bursts, and other plumbing problems.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and configuration of plumbing systems.

Install and connect pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures, ensuring proper alignment and adherence to plumbing codes and regulations.

Test plumbing systems for leaks and malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.

Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and carpenters, to ensure proper coordination and integration of plumbing with other systems.

Provide guidance and recommendations to clients regarding plumbing system upgrades, energy-efficient fixtures, and water conservation methods.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, and use appropriate protective equipment while performing plumbing tasks.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, time spent, and any relevant notes or observations.

Stay updated on the latest plumbing technologies, industry trends, and building codes to deliver high-quality and up-to-date plumbing services.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a plumber, with a strong track record of successfully completing plumbing projects.

Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment, as well as their installation, repair, and maintenance.

Familiarity with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Proficient in using plumbing tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices.

Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

Good physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform plumbing tasks that involve bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Valid plumbing license or certification is preferred.

A driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to different work sites.
