We’re looking for a Plumber to join our Housing Maintenance Team based in Loughton. Within this role, you can enjoy family friendly policies, access to high street and trade discounts and even more.
Location: Loughton – site working, with occasional travel to the office required
Contract: Permanent, Full time – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know
Responsibilities
As a Plumber, you’ll be working within the Housing Maintenance Team, supporting them in the reactive maintenance in our social housing properties.
Your day to day will include:
- Fault Finding and Leak Tracing
- Working with high and low cisterns
- Sani Flow Repairs
- Clearing blockages within properties, sinks and baths
What are we looking for?
This role of Plumber is great for you if:
- City and Guilds Qualifications or Apprenticeship Papers to prove qualifications
- Part P Qualified
- Have experience working with older plumbing, pre 1920
- Have experience within social housing
