Cashier:

• Cashiers are responsible for providing friendly, responsive and exceptional guest service to create Raving Fans and future Lunatics.

As a Cashier, you will:

• Greet each guest as they enter and leave the restaurant. They are family treat them as such!
• Follow all cash handling policies and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining room, restrooms, and patios.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with meal and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Deliver exceptional guest service on each and every shift.

Our Cashiers need to:

• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift From bending, twisting, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members - To explain our menu and educate guests on our brand and catering options.
