We are looking to appoint two suitably qualified and experienced individuals to undertake the role of plumber(s) within our Responsive Repairs teams


About the role


We have a number of vacancies within our Property Services teams. These roles have become available due to our continued growth in the North-East and as part of our on-going commitment to provide as many good quality homes as we can; to deliver excellent service to our customers; and to shape strong, sustainable places for our communities.


About you


We are looking for a Plumber to join the team and assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.


You should have completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or have equivalent relevant experience. You should be fully capable in successfully undertaking and completing all aspects of the role delivering all aspects of this work to a high standard in occupied homes.


Customer service skills are essential for this role as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety.


A full UK driving licence is essential.

  • Salary is £27,298 per annum (pending pay award)
  • Location: Throughout the North East
  • 37 Hours per week
  • The successful applicant will be required to cover out of hours standby, which attracts a standby payment
