To deliver our promises to our customers we are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focussed individual to appoint to the following key position:
The main purpose of this role is to carry out repairs and maintenance work to First Choice Homes (FCHO) properties and any other properties for which FCHO is responsible for the repairs, including Public Buildings and any associated contracts. You will be expected to complete all repair and improvement works safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction in the first instance.
The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ level two qualification in Joinery and or Plumbing (or equivalent), a level 3 is desirable, with demonstrable experience of working on domestic properties both void and tenanted repairs. A full UK driving license is essential for this role.In return you can expect a range of benefits including:
