Job description
First 4 Repairs are a maintenance and refurbishment company. Established in 2015 we cover all aspects of property maintenance including kitchen and bathroom upgrades, response repairs, planned works, minor works and voids for local authorities, housing associations, and private customers.
We are looking for an experienced plumber, who is able to complete a range of plumbing repairs and carry out bathroom replacements.
The successful candidate(s); will ideally have the ability to complete all of these tasks, but consideration will be given to candidates who can cover some but not all of these tasks. They should be able to work within a team or on their own, work safely inline with the company health and safety policy, and provide excellent customer service and standards of work. Previous experience of working in the construction industry, responsive maintenance or social housing would be beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time - working predominantly in Somerset and Wiltshire
