Plumbers – North East Region
Connect Appointments have an ongoing recruitment drive for Plumbers to build our clients database of available workers for ad hoc jobs in the North East region.
Our client provides consultancy services to municipalities and housing associations on district heating systems. They work in partnership with most local water providers to provide cost-effective decarbonisation and water savings solutions to help customers save money and reach their climate offset goals through their patented technology we provide
Your main duties will involve:
- Plumbing (City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Competent in first fix and drainage
- Competent in second fix and finishing work
- Attention to detail on finish is important
- Ability to work confidently on small sites
- Ability to work confidently in customers private homes
- Ability to work in high-end properties
- Good knowledge of health & safety
- General all-round building capability would be advantageous
Essential Requirements for Plumber
· Possess an ESUR card, and be able to work individually or as part of a team when undertaking tasks
· Good standard of work
· 3+ years’ experience
· Be able to cover all aspects of plumbing
· Have a positive can-do attitude
· Must be willing to learn and grow as a tradesperson
· High standard of communication skills, both written and oral
· High attention to detail and take pride in what they do
· Must be a team player
· Hold a full driving licence
