CLC Group Ltd is an established Property and Asset Maintenance Company with branches nationwide. We currently have a great opportunity for a Gas Engineer/plumber to join our team in Brandon.
Job responsibilities:
CLC Group are currently recruiting for a Gas Engineer/plumber to support our customers and clients in our Brandon operational area. This position is a fantastic opportunity for the right person, the role will include installations, servicing, and maintenance of a variety of domestic properties.
Who we are looking for:
· The successful candidates will be working on, Bathroom fitting, gas boiler installations service and breakdown work in Domestic Properties.
· Install pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, or other liquids.
· Install supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation

Person specification
Qualifications
· Essential: NVQ level 2 (or similar) in plumbing.
· Gas Safe (Preferred) Plumber/ Gas Engineer with at least 4 years’ experience
- CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, WAT1, G3,
Relevant experience
- Knowledge on S and Y wiring is an advantage.
- Installation of heating systems and controls
- Removal of existing heating systems/ radiators
- Attending to Servicing, defects and fault finding.
- Installation and maintenance of domestic hot and cold-water systems.
- Installation copper and iron pipe work.
- You must have a high standard of customer service along with a neat and efficient way of working which meets our company standards.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £19.00 per Hour based on experience. both day rate and target prices are considered.
