Job description
Family run maintenance company offering maintenance services to residential properties on behalf of Letting agencies and landlords. Completing all works to the highest spec.
Looking for a diligent and conscientious contractor to join our growing team. You should be able to think on your feet and adapt to changing scenarios, as well as being a team player to fit in with our family ethos.
Your main trade should be Plumbing and/or Heating but be competent in all trades as general maintenane can be required.
Plumber: Plumbing essential and GAS SAFE is a bonus but not required.
Carry out domestic household maintenance, plumbing, leak tracing, replacing taps etc as well as general maintenance.
Gas safe jobs may include installing new boilers, fault finding on boiler/heating systems.
Will carry out various jobs per day according to schedule via handheld app.
Office based in Croydon, but we cover all over London, travel required.
Must have own Van/Vehicle & Tools - additional vehicle allowance offered.
Able to use handheld device to receive schedule and carry out job reports.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
