Avrenim Facilities Management is looking to hire a Full-time Plumber to join our team in Liverpool!
As a Plumber at Avrenim Group Ltd, you will be responsible for providing the highest quality of service to our customers in a professional manner. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work. We also value someone who is willing to learn and grow with the company.
The position will be based at the Royal Liverpool Hospital (including satellite buildings in and around the area)
Driving licence required
37.5 hours per week - Full time contract
25 days holiday and pension
To work within the maintenance team providing reactive, planned and emergency Plumbing maintenance using skills in carrying out a wide and varied spectrum of tasks efficiently, to the required quality standard and within your own competence and safety limits. Ensure the effective maintenance of M&E infrastructure, equipment, processes, or services.
They are responsibility for their own actions and the actions of any employee working under their control.
Consistently delivers clear concise briefing of technical issues to non-technical colleagues on task feedback/PDA or job dockets.
Work effectively with colleagues, clients, suppliers, or the public, and be aware of the needs and concerns of others, especially were related to diversity and equality.
Effective interpersonal skills in communicating technical matters.
Ensure that all Company H&S policies and procedures are rigorously followed and promote this throughout the teams.
Work in accordance with Work Instructions, Safe Working Practices and Method Statements ensuring relevant paperwork is completed in an accurate timely manner.
Work safely, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of yourself, colleagues, customers, and visitors.
Provide an excellent customer experience to clients. Work in partnership with other management teams to support and enhance client relationships.
Consent to training and development to ensure you remain competent to undertake all required tasks.
Attend Team Talk given by the engineering management each month.
To undertake any reasonable management instruction

Salary: £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
