Job description
We are a rapidly expanding company specializing in providing exceptional property maintenance services to both domestic and commercial clients. Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled and qualified domestic/commercial gas engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. Strong fault finding experience and the ability to carry out installations and larger remedial works are essential for this role. While a strong understanding of BMS systems would be preferential, it is not required.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of gas installations in various domestic and commercial properties. Your responsibilities will primarily involve conducting fault finding, installations, and remedial works on gas systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a domestic/commercial gas engineer
- All aspects of service and maintenance
- Strong fault finding experience
- Ability to carry out installations and larger remedial works
- Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to professionalism
- Excellent communication skills when interacting with clients and office staff
- Desirable: Strong understanding of BMS systems
