Description

We are looking to appoint a Playground Installation Manager to join our team in Leicester. The successful candidate will be managing a growing installation team who install and maintain playground equipment across the country from Monday - Friday.

What will you be doing?

Based from our Leicestershire office, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all customer installations, delivering on time and to budget
  • Manage the installations team, sub-contractors and third-party suppliers
  • Recruit, train and oversee installation team members
  • Overseeing quality control, ensuring installs are delivered to a high standard
  • Gather customer, supplier and team feedback and communicate to senior management
  • Ensure Health & Safety regulations & safe working practices are adhered to at all times

Previous Experience

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Playground Installation Manager, who can operate both independently and as a strong team leader.

Desirable:

  • Experience managing playground installation teams
  • Experience installing fencing
  • Experience installing artificial grass
  • Experience with surfacing
  • Experience of Construction/Groundworks
  • Capable and able to operate a range of plant and safety equipment
  • Valid CSCS
  • Ability to prioritise workload with strong organisational skills

Must have:

  • Willingness to travel UK wide
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Full UK driving license
  • Enhanced DBS (or willing to undergo checks)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
