Trago Mills (Merthyr Tydfil) - Play-Zone Assistant
Conveniently located just off the A470 (Swansea Road) and opposite the Cyfarthfa Retail Park in Merthyr Tydfil, our Merthyr store consists of over 23,200 square metres filled with over 180,000 home and leisure products.

Play-Zone Manager
Role Summary
· To work flexibly, undertaking leisure, retail and such other activities to maximise sales, business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities
· Greeting customers who enter the Play-Zone
· Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of all equipment and fabric of the leisure premises, including the use of our ball pool cleaner
· Supervision of children ensuring safe play
· Interaction with children during activities
· Carrying out daily inspections of equipment and play area
· Setting up party rooms and assisting during the party
· Restocking gaming machines
· Responsible for taking cash and card payment
· Taking party bookings and recording relevant information
· Promoting special offers and events
· Handling complaints or passing them to the manager
· Assisting the company and colleagues by carrying out such duties away from usual areas of work as may reasonably be required

Experience
· None required
Skills & Qualifications
· Good written and verbal communication skills, Food Hygiene preferable but not essential as training can be given.
