No two days are the same working in this unique environment; from cleaning one day, supervising in the play area the next, to serving in our little bistro café. This is a busy, varied role that will be ideal for those who are interested in learning new skills and developing. You must be flexible with regards to your working hours, in particular you MUST be able to work weekends and school holidays.
Responsibilities and Duties: Although barista experience is desirable it’s not essential as we provide full training for the tasks this role encompasses. Roles include, but are not limited to;
- Cleaning equipment in the play area, café, seating area and toilet facilities
- Play Area Supervision
- Greeting and check customer bookings upon arrival and notifying them of the rules of the play area
- Answering the phone on reception
- Party hosting
- Serving customers both in the kitchen and reception
- Serving fresh coffee, sandwiches, cakes and snacks
- Serving customers in our café
- Engaging with customers positively, asking for feedback
We operate shifts so your hours may be spread across daytimes and weekends, and you must be available to work throughout weekends/half terms and school holidays. Shifts can vary from week to week depending on the business needs.
