Job description
3DDC is a market leading electroplating and 3D Printing company that specialises in coating of Additive Manufactured and Rapid Prototype parts. Our production facility based near Milton Keynes, UK, produces components for a diverse range of industries including: Aerospace, Architecture, M.O.D. and primarily Motorsport.
We are looking for a Plating Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the processing of parts through our plating process while ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and performing regular maintenance on the equipment. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, have good time management skills and be able to work quickly due our fast-paced industry. Although the job requires some computer skills it is well suited to a practical person and full training is supplied to the successful candidate.
Hours
8AM - 5PM Monday to Friday with 1 hour Lunch.
Responsibilities:
- Finishing of plastic parts.
- Sandblasting.
- Processing of plated parts.
- Polishing of plated parts.
- Perform quality checks on completed parts.
- Packaging of parts ready for collection.
- Perform preventative maintenance on pumps and tanks.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures.
Salary will vary based on experience.

Salary: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
