About the team
The eCommerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. TikTok Commerce re-imagines global eCommerce with rich content and endless joy.
Part of the Global E-commerce team, we are looking for business talents to drive the growth for TikTok Shop’s newest e-commerce feature - TikTok Shop Shopping Center.
TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sale), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.
As an E-commerce Resource Management Specialist, your primary focus will be to optimize the efficiency of various resource placements on our e-commerce platform. Your role is instrumental in driving targeted traffic to these placements, ultimately leading to improved conversion rates and increased revenue. You will need to combine data-driven strategies with effective resource allocation to achieve these objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of resource placements, including homepage banners, product recommendations, featured collections, and promotional sections.
- Collaborate with the marketing, PM, and merchandising teams to align resource placements with marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
- Analyze traffic data and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimizing resource placements and increasing user engagement.
- Monitor and adjust the allocation of resources to high-traffic areas to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven adjustments to resource placement strategies to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with PM teams to ensure the seamless integration of resource placements and optimal performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in e-commerce resource management or digital marketing with a strong focus on resource optimization.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce website design, user experience, and best practices for resource placement.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed resource allocation decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
