Job Title: Plasterer
Location: Central & Greater London within M25 Area
Earnings: £1,000 - £2,000.00 Plus Per-Week
The Pimlico Group are London's largest Independent Service & Maintenance Company. Due to company expansion, we now have an immediate requirement for a Plasterer to join our engineering division as a franchisee.

Working as a Franchisee for Pimlico gives you instant access to our Engineering Support team and our Call Centre. Our booking coordinators will book work in for you, at times that are suitable for you. Our Engineering Support team will help you with managing customer invoicing and completing paperwork.
Focused in and around the M25 area, you will cover all aspects of roofing works from maintenance & repairs through to full installations with strong earning potential. All engineers must have an excellent understanding of Plastering. We expect our Franchisees to be the best in the business, delivering exceptional work and an outstanding service to our extensive customer base, and foremost, you gain access to a consistent stream of work without having to invest your time and money into marketing and promoting your services. Essential Requirements:
· Hold a full UK manual driving licence and be confident driving and working in and around Central London
· A minimum of 5 years consecutive experience plastering
· Competent in all aspects of plastering, with decoration experience preferred
· Experience pricing & surveying own work
· Strong Customer Skills
· Experience managing own workload
· Ability to work confidently in high end properties
Qualifications:
· NVQ/City and Guilds
