We are looking for a People and HR Operations Manager to lead a small team (2 x People Advisors and 2x People Coordinators) to work with our amazing managers and teams to empower them and to facilitate the full end to end employee lifecycle in the simplest and most effective way. This role reports directly into the People Director and requires someone to be comfortable with data, be able to tell a story with it and use it on how we can improve iQ day to day.
Key Role and Responsibilities
- Managing all central People and HR Operation processes with continuous improvement and refinement for efficient, effective, high quality services.
- Ensure all People processes and practices are compliant and adhere to all necessary legal requirements.
- Build reporting and analytics capabilities to enable insights to support key business decisions with data.
- Extensive experience dealing with complex ER cases is of utmost importance along with exceptional employment law knowledge.
- Ability to make data driven insightful decisions and have strong data analytical & reporting skills.
- Service minded and personable approach when coaching and supporting our teams.
- Develop meaningful professional relationships with people from across the business to understand each team's purpose, qualities, challenges and ways of working.
- Demonstratable knowledge of UK ER legislation, practices and procedures.
Other Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with impact and influence.
- CIPD qualification
- Excellent knowledge and practical skills in applying UK employment law principles.
This is a fabulous opportunity to join a forward thinking and fun People team in our London Bridge office (we work a hybrid model with 2/3 days in the office). An opportunity to really own and build the people operations function within this team.
