We focus on helping our customers, and being ready to provide support with expertise when they need it, putting things right when they go wrong.
The Retail Finance Division is at the heart of Lloyds Banking Group's strategy to “Help Britain Prosper”.
What you'll be doing...
  • You'll handle the day-to-day running of the Divisional Instance of Planning Analytics (TM1), Maintaining upload templates to assist BUs and SMEs with entering data into the system, investigating issues as they arise, and delivering forecast data to stakeholders within the required timeframes.
  • You'll handle the monthly actuals ‘seeding’ process to align the data interfaced to Group FPR from SAP with the data produced by the Retail Reporting team.
  • You’ll work closely with the wider team to ensure that the process is controlled with appropriate checks and balances.
  • You'll ensure Customer needs are your top priority - with our key customers being the Retail Finance Director, Group Finance colleagues and the Retail business.
  • You’ll also provide assistance to the Restructures and Restatements section of the team during their busy periods, as they will assist with the Divisional Consolidation during ours.
What do we need from you?
  • You'll have a consistent track record of working with Planning Analytics, and will have a high attention to detail.
  • You'll have experience of investigating data issues to ensure that any failures are quickly identified and resolved.
  • You'll have a natural enthusiasm for monitoring & improving processes and utilising new technology.
  • You'll be able to both challenge and support Customers, demonstrating excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Most importantly we need your interpersonal skills, with a particular focus on your ability to build and cultivate positive relationships in varying parts of the organisation.
We're dedicated to giving you opportunities and support to develop you both professionally and personally to optimise your potential! As a new colleague to the team, you’ll join us on our journey to build a 21st century bank that reflects modern Britain and craft an inclusive culture where all colleagues feel encouraged and valued. We're also passionate about diversity and equal opportunity with industry recognition across gender, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQ+ and families. And, being disability positive, reasonable adjustments can be accommodated in our Recruitment process, just let us know.

  • Private medical insurance.
  • Pension contributions up to a maximum of 15% of your salary.
  • Share plans.
  • 28 days paid holiday each year, plus Bank Holidays.

We keep your data safe. So, we'll only ever ask you to provide confidential or sensitive information once you have formally been invited along to an interview or accepted a verbal offer to join us which is when we run our background checks. We'll always explain what we need and why, with any request coming from a trusted Lloyds Banking Group person.
