You will play a primary role in producing 4D programmes, presenting programme information to directors at bid settlement and ensuring 4Projects is used as document management system.

Entrepreneurism is at the heart of or business, in your role as Planner, you will challenge solutions to determine optimum programme durations, leading the way in optimisation and performance against targets.

Our aim is to create and maintain an environment where care for our people and those who work with us is our top priority. You’ll be responsible for the Health & Safety of yourself and others, encouraging a safe and collaborative working environment that supports our Health, Safety and Environment culture.

About You:

Alongside your qualifications in a relevant subject area, Level 3 NVQ or Certificate Level qualification (degree preferable), to be successful in this role, you will have a wealth of experience in construction planning including the pre-commencement stage of projects or a working knowledge of construction planning through job experience or training.

Alongside this, we’re looking for somebody with good contractual awareness, who is commercially astute with the ability to build construction programmes from first principles.

Ideally, we’d like you to have experience of projects across a wide range of building sectors, knowledge of different forms of construction methodologies and construction experience working with a main Contractor.

You’ll be able to work as part of a project team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, good attention to detail and a highly organised approach to work.

Good IT skills, including software skills with computer-based planning software, ideally Asta Powerproject are essential for this role.

You will also be able to demonstrate the following key attributes.
