Contracts planner
We are seeking a Contracts to join our Mamo team. This role combines contract management expertise with general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your meticulousness and proactive approach will be instrumental in maintaining an efficient workflow and supporting Mamo’s success.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee contract administration, including reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle.
· Maintain regular contact with the housing executive and keep them up to date with current, past and upcoming projects
· Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines, while identifying and mitigating potential risks.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments related to contracts and office activities.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation of contracts, correspondence, and related files.
· Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
· Collaborate with our team to ensure effective contract execution and timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in contract administration, preferably in an office setting.
· Strong knowledge of contract management principles, legal terminology, and document review.
· Proficiency in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in contract review and administration.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and concise documents.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
