Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our supportive HR Team, based in either Wakefield or Darlington, with travel required.

You will lead the HR team to work in partnership with managers to provide proactive, high quality and professional HR advice and support to meet the needs of the business. You will have significant experience of delivering highly complex HR advice on a wide range of HR issues including workforce planning, change management and employee relations issues. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and have medical staffing experience, however training and support can be provided.

The role will directly contribute to Spectrum’s ambition to become an employer of choice and you will be joining a forward thinking organisation with a successful track record of delivering healthcare, with further aspirations of business development and growth.
