We're recruiting for a Campaign Planner to join Asda's Advertising Brand Comms Team supporting the Campaign Manager to deliver impactful and effective multi-channel campaigns, with relentless focus on excellence.

About the Role:

• Lead the delivery of the campaign - the owner of key deadlines and ensuring all deliverables are briefed and delivered on time
• Working across all marketing channels including TV, Radio, Social, Press, Digital, working closely with our lead advertising agency.
• Support Campaign Manager to deliver TV, working closely with lead creative agency
• Lead on trader & legal approval – ensuring everything is fully approved before it goes live
• Creating and owning campaign powerpoint decks supporting the marketing channel owners on campaigns, and practice cross-team working to ensure the campaign is strong across all channels.
• Working with Colleague Comms to launch the campaign with our colleagues.
• Measure the success of our creative and share learnings so all campaigns perform successfully.
• Support campaign manager with required insight testing
• Work closely with the Content Team to agree assets required for the campaign including photography and paid social
• Work closely with proposition and trading to ensure teams are clear what products are being supported when

About You:

• Marketing experience ideally within a marketing team client side, or marketing agency background
• Previous campaign management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills – articulate, confident, persuasive
• Strong creative skills and excellent attention to detail
• Experience in managing strong performing agencies and/or creative teams
• Able to prioritise and manage own workload
• Can do attitude
• Proactive approach
• Great project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
